Thank you from someone you didn’t know you helped
Matt,
I wanted to say thank you,
I know you don't know me, but Paul Hutchins,
someone who's been a customer for a while,
just told me about the "Dirt" newsletter,
and spilled the beans.
He's been helping me with one of my clients,
(I've just started doing new things online)
and what I now know has come from you,
worked a treat.
(not really one technique, but more a general way
of working, that's straight, honest, and less hype).
It's very refreshing to find real value, and not be cold called
at 9pm about another "limited special offer at $97"
I think I owe you dinner (if you're ever in the UK)
